As our company continues to grow organically, we are able to maintain one of the most competitive management fees in the industry.  This enables us to pass along added profits to our homeowners. Our management fee is always 15%; this is a fixed fee that does not increase annually.  Our service level is always “Full Service,” which helps streamline the management process and maximize our client’s bottom line.

Specialized Property Management
Surf Style’s focus is on one product – San Diego County property management. 100% of Surf Style’s business is dedicated to property management.  We offer access to real estate sales agents should our homeowners be interested in buying / selling their home.

No Expense Markups
Our aim is to keep expenses low for our homeowners; expenses incurred from third party vendors and retailers is the cost we pass on to you with no additional mark-up fees.

Revenue Growth
Our team implements strategies & looks for creative ways to maximize revenues for homeowners with 2+ unit properties.  This allows us to increase revenues by up to 15%.

Partnership Mentality
We advise on cost effective improvements over time in order to increase rates and generate repeat guests for all of our managed homes.  We think of our management more as a partnership; as trust is earned & relationships are forged over time, Surf Style has a program in place to contribute funds towards improvements.  Our #1 goal is always generating the maximum amount of revenue while maintaining our homes at the highest level.
