July 2026This is the BEST place we have ever stayed in!!! We think the location is the best part. You are a block from the sand, waves, & boardwalk/restaurants/Belmont park but ALSO about 50 steps from Mission Bay. The 4 stories are AMAZING! We watched the drone show, that Sea World puts on, with a cocktail every night from our rooftop view. It was UNBELIEVABLE! We had planned to have our family of 5 but our oldest son (and girlfriend) couldn't get off of work, so it was just 3 of us. The house is HUGE but gives such a "small home-vibe". We opened up the sliding doors to the patio and lit the fire pit and enjoyed dinner every night. To have 2 floors of sleeping areas gives you privacy but also makes you feel like you aren't too far away. I spent every morning on the master bedroom balcony watching the ocean AND bay. This house is on a another level of places to stay! We spent our evenings riding our bike rentals or walking along the boardwalk & people watching or walking along the bay and listening to the quiet. The most underrated part is HOW CLEAN THIS PLACE IS!! It is immaculate! Literally,, no cobwebs, no dust, no dirt, NOTHING that would make you think it wasn't clean. We walked barefoot in the house for 5 days & our feet looked as clean as if we just got out of the shower. This place has all the cookware you will need to grill (we used the grill on our 2nd night) cook & enjoy your vacation. We are trying to book this place for next summer RIGHT NOW!
