COMPETITIVE FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT FEE
15% Short-Term & 7% Long-Term | Full Service | Fixed. As our company continues to grow organically, we are able to maintain one of the most competitive management fees in the industry. This enables us to pass along added profits to our homeowners. Our management fee is always 15% for short-term rentals and 7% for long-term tenancies; this is a fixed fee that does not increase annually. Our service level is always “Full Service,” which helps streamline the management process and maximize our client’s bottom line.
We advise on cost effective improvements over time in order to increase rates and generate repeat guests for all of our managed homes. We think of our management more as a partnership; as trust is earned & relationships are forged over time, Surf Style has a program in place to contribute funds towards improvements. Our #1 goal is always generating maximum revenues while maintaining our homes at the highest level.
MEET THE TEAM
Nick is a San Diego native and began managing vacation homes in 2010 after purchasing his own beach rental property. He has organically grown the company from 1 home to over 100 listings. After receiving his degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Nick became a licensed real estate broker in 2004 & managed 3mm sq ft of real estate including retail, office, multi-family, and industrial projects.
Cassie serves as a Reservations Manager & is responsible for all facets of guest services including reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, administrative, & marketing functions. Cassie has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and previously served as a Property Manager for Hanken Cono & Assad Co where she managed 600+ residential units.
Dana handles daily operations at Surf Style including general office administration, guest correspondence, incoming phone calls/emails, & scheduling maintenance. Dana graduated with a degree in Business Management at San Diego State University. In addition she brings a wealth of knowledge with over 10 years of work experience. Dana’s prior experience includes Customer Service Manager for an international flooring company as well as a Field Property Manager at Golden Property Management.
Vacation Home Inspector
As our Vacation Home Inspector, Silvia is responsible for detailed inspections of our portfolio of Encinitas, Cardiff, & Solana Beach vacation rentals for guest-ready conditions. Silvia is an Encinitas local that knows the area inside & out and is also a licensed CA real estate agent.

KEY’s team of local experts is ready to recommend and reserve everything from essentials like transportation and pre-arrival grocery delivery to local experiences like privately guided outdoor adventures and coveted restaurant reservations.
