As our company continues to grow organically, we are able to maintain one of the most competitive management fees in the industry. This enables us to pass along added profits to our homeowners. Our management fee is always 20% Short Term, 15% Monthly Furnished, & 7% Long Term tenancies; this is a fixed fee that does not increase annually. Our service level is always “Full Service,” which helps streamline the management process and maximize our client’s bottom line.

We advise on cost effective improvements over time in order to increase rates and generate repeat guests for all of our managed homes. We think of our management more as a partnership; as trust is earned & relationships are forged over time, Surf Style has a program in place to contribute funds towards improvements. Our #1 goal is always generating maximum revenues while maintaining our homes at the highest level.
MEET THE TEAM
Cheri
General Manager
Cheri oversees all facets of Surf Style operations. Duties include managing other team members, support with escalated guest & homeowner concerns, inspect vacant homes, & onboarding of new homes. Cheri brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, with 20+ years of property management & hospitality experience including managing 300+ vacation rentals.
Cassie
Reservations Manager
Cassie serves as a Reservations Manager & is responsible for all facets of guest reservations including reservations, housekeeping, administrative, & marketing functions. Cassie has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and previously served as a Property Manager for Hanken Cono & Assad Co where she managed 600+ residential units.
Dana
Operations Manager
Dana coordinates all Maintenance Work Orders at Surf Style including day to day maintenance, after-hours emergencies, guest services, and preventative maintenance. Dana graduated with a degree in Business Management at San Diego State University. In addition she brings a wealth of knowledge with over 10 years of work experience including a Field Property Manager at Golden Property Management.
Vare
Area Field Manager
Vare is our boots on the ground & helps maintain and inspect our portfolio of 170+ vacation beach homes for guest-ready conditions. Having lived and worked in San Diego since 2016 managing vacation rental homes, she has grown a vast knowledge of the local San Diego beach areas. Prior to moving to San Diego, Vare served as a Maintenance & Housekeeping manager at a Colorado ski resort where she oversaw 100+ units and 15 employees.
Farrah
Office Administrator
As the Office Administrator, Farrah manages all general office operations and administrative duties that include purchasing office & property supplies, processing vendor invoices, & general guest services. Farrah joins Surf Style with 8 years of experience in education and customer service and brings excellent communication & organizational skills. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from UC Davis.
Chase
Area Field Inspector
Chase joined the Surf Style team in 2023 as an Area Field Inspector. He assists in inspecting and maintaining our San Diego County coastal vacation homes to the highest standard for guest-ready conditions. Chase has a bachelor’s degree in Resort and Lodging Management from Chico State and as a San Diego native, Chase brings a wealth of local knowledge to the team. He previously served as an Assistant Property Manager for Vanitie Court Vacation Rentals as well as a Front Desk Agent for The Catamaran Hotel & Resort.
