20% Short Term, 15% Monthly Furnished, & 7% Long Term | Full Service | Fixed. *No Credit Card Fees. As our company continues to grow organically, we are able to maintain one of the most competitive management fees in the industry. This enables us to pass along added profits to our homeowners. Our management fee is always 20% Short Term, 15% Monthly Furnished, & 7% Long Term tenancies; this is a fixed fee that does not increase annually. Our service level is always “Full Service,” which helps streamline the management process and maximize our client’s bottom line.

We advise on cost effective improvements over time in order to increase rates and generate repeat guests for all of our managed homes. We think of our management more as a partnership; as trust is earned & relationships are forged over time, Surf Style has a program in place to contribute funds towards improvements. Our #1 goal is always generating maximum revenues while maintaining our homes at the highest level.

Managing Director
Cheri oversees all facets of Surf Style operations. Duties include managing other team members, support with escalated guest & homeowner concerns, inspect vacant homes, & onboarding of new homes. Cheri brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, with 20+ years of property management & hospitality experience including managing 300+ vacation rentals.

Reservations & Revenue Manager

Dana
Operations Manager
Dana coordinates all Maintenance Work Orders at Surf Style including day to day maintenance, after-hours emergencies, guest services, and preventative maintenance. Dana graduated with a degree in Business Management at San Diego State University. In addition she brings a wealth of knowledge with over 10 years of work experience including a Field Property Manager at Golden Property Management.

Area Field Inspector
Chase joined the Surf Style team in 2023 as an Area Field Inspector. He assists in inspecting and maintaining our San Diego County coastal vacation homes to the highest standard for guest-ready conditions. Chase has a bachelor’s degree in Resort and Lodging Management from Chico State and as a San Diego native, Chase brings a wealth of local knowledge to the team. He previously served as an Assistant Property Manager for Vanitie Court Vacation Rentals as well as a Front Desk Agent for The Catamaran Hotel & Resort.

With over two decades in the hospitality industry, Amy brings a deep passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. A proud local of Mission Beach, Amy has sixteen years of expertise in vacation rental reservations and currently serves as an Area Field Inspector with Surf Style Vacation Homes. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality ensures every stay exceeds expectations. Outside of work, Amy enjoys soaking in the beauty of the beach and bay, embracing the lifestyle that makes this area so special.
