This beach vacation home is comprised of 2 Water Front units for a combined 6 Bedrooms + 5.5 Bathrooms! Unit A is a single level unit that expands the entire ground floor & Unit B is a 2-story middle townhome located on floors 2 & 3 (with separate entry off the ground level). This offering includes exclusive use of the ground level patio. Each unit has their own separate entry (they are not connected inside) & pricing reflects both homes. Maximum occupancy 20 (12 adults max).

Downstairs is a stunning 3br + 2.5 ba smart home, with Pandora Radio, 75" Samsung TV in the Living Room, & ceiling speakers controlled via the “in-wall” IPAD.  The downstairs also houses our 55’ wide Water Front Patio…truly a unique offering.  Upstairs is a large 3br + 3ba that is a middle unit located on the 2nd & 3rd floors, with a gorgeous fully remodeled kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and beautiful views from the 3rd floor!

This is the Ultimate Beach Home, consisting of 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, & 2 dining areas. There are 3  flat screen TV’s in the downstairs living room (perfect for watching your favorite sports), 1 flat screen in the upstairs living room, 1 flat screen in the downstairs master bath, and flat screens in all bedrooms in both units (except bedroom 3 – twin beds—in the upstairs unit)!  Whole-house heating and air conditioning systems are included in both homes.  Enjoy the outdoor living areas that surround this beach home.  This vacation home encompasses 1 ocean view deck with BBQ, and 2 decks of 2 of the bedrooms in the upstairs unit, as well as an expansive 55’ waterfront patio in the downstairs unit that is fully equipped with patio chairs, lounge chairs, tables, and a built in BBQ.  Ideal setup for enjoying sunrises and relax with a glass of wine while BBQ’ing you’re your closest friends & family.

SHOPPING & DINING!  Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment.  Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.

WATER ACTIVITIES!  If you’re looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.  

ATTRACTIONS!  Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home!  Surf Style has discounts for all these major attractions.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. 
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay. 
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
