An expansive driveway leads you to this private, fully gated rear beach house.  Upon entry there's an attached garage to the left, & to the right are 2 bedrooms + jack & jill bath (tub/shower combo).  Br #1 has a Queen bed with sliding door access to a covered, fully-fenced outdoor water view patio complete with outdoor seating & gate that leads to a dirt path *directly to white sandy surf/swim friendly beach!*   Br#2 has a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top, with SMART TV.   

SECOND LEVEL (master suite #1 + main living area + ocean view deck)
Ascend the stairs to get up to the 2nd level main living area, which is a bright & sun filled space.  The living room includes a sofa sectional, accent chairs, SMART TV, wet bar, & floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to an ocean view sun deck complete with seating, shade umbrella, & bbq…a favorite gathering spot for the whole group!  Off the living room is a dining area open to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar with seating for 4, beautiful white cabinetry, granite countertops with beautiful tile backsplash, & full appliances including dishwasher.  

Down the hallway is the first master suite, with a Queen bed, sliding door access to the ocean view deck, SMART TV, & ensuite (shower + separate tub).  On the 2nd level stair landing is a bonus workstation area with an oversized skylight that fills the space with lots of natural light. 

THIRD LEVEL (master suite #2 + 2 decks)   
Enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying beautiful ocean views in the comfort of your own bed!  The light, bright, & spacious top level master retreat #2 features a King size bed, SMART TV, cozy gas fireplace, & adjacent sliding glass doors that lead to your very own wrap-around ocean view deck…our favorite spot to enjoy glass of wine at sunset!  Rounding out this space is an ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, shower, & a door that leads to yet another front-facing sun deck.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St.  Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar’s Mexican Seafood, Leilani’s Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few.  Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.
Activities
Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house!  Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.
Attractions
A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park’s big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. • GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. 
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
