THE SPACE
This is a quiet, private unit located in the rear above a garage. The main level entry door is on the ground level. Guests take a set of stairs (about 20 steps) to the main 2nd level living area…a light space filled with tons of natural light through the oversized patio glass doors. This area features a sofa, SMART TV, fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, accent chair, views out towards Downtown.
A set of stairs will lead you to the upper level open bedroom loft (*no door off this area), with views down to the living room & patio and queen bed. Rounding out the home is a full bath (tub/shower combo).
PARKING
There is no parking onsite (*PLEASE NOTE the blue garage door shown in the photo is not connected to the unit). However, across the street is a paid parking lot & overnight street parking is permitted.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Lo mejor del departamento es su ubicación. Decorado de muy buen gusto y excelente calidad todo, incluido el café que nos dejaron. Impecable de limpieza. Perfectamente bien equipado y no le falta nada. Internet rapidísimo. Silencioso Cama, sabanas, almohadas, excelentes. Es un lugar perfecto para llegar, si desean llegar al centro de la ciudad. Claro que regresaríamos y lo recomendamos muy contentos.

I love San Diego and try to visit once a year, for now.
Surf Style Vacation Homes has given me a good place to stay in the heart of Little Italy, by Kettner Row. I had access to the blue line, good eats, and the hillside sunset view that made me want to come back.
For 1 person this place was perfect. I slept well, showered good and after a long day out, I had a place to come back to in a private spot vs a hotel with constant flow of traffic.
I would definitely come back to this spot again.

Nice property in a centralized location with all the food in the world around the location. It was a nice walk to the ocean front, an easy walk to the convention center, and the weather was so nice I even walked to the airport for my flight home.

Excellent location in the heart of Little Italy! Steps away from India street and the blue/green line. The property does not enter off the main road, so at night, it is very quiet. Best of both worlds!

My mom and I loved this place. Everything was close by and being able to walk to the places we needed was great. We didn't realize that parking would be a luxury we would miss but other than that this place was amazing.

Check in was a bit hard, was told to message the host for check in but that didn't work so I tried the phone number on the contact but apparently got the wrong person within the company. That turned out to be fine though. They were still extremely helpful and made the check in possible. Id definitely rent from them again if possible. Great location around the corner from a trolley stop, in Little Italy and Cross the way from the Bay where you can walk and see ships.

Honestly, this was one of the best locations I have stayed at. Little Italy has SO many amazing options, and the unit was clean and the staff was responsive and helpful to everything we needed!! The only negative thing was that I didn't realize how low the ceiling was, and it was a little tough to navigate with my 6'3" husband lol but we made it work :) I would still recommend 10/10!!

Clean and great location in Little Italy. The unit was a little tricky to find, you need to walk around behind the main street. The stairs are very creaky up to the loft, and you need to duck to get in, but overall the place was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it looked like the photos. Great spot for a single or traveling couple that doesn't mind the low ceiling above the bed. There is a parking garage right across the street that provides overnight parking.

Cute little place that is kept clean and tidy. There's plenty of kitchen space and utensils for a small extended stay. The location is great as well with walking distance to great food and entertainment. It can be a little noisy however, it wasn't too bad. Watch your head once your at the top of the loft. Also, the stairs to the loft are very creaky. So, you may wake up anyone else who is in the apartment with you.

I stayed here for one week. The unit is exactly as pictured and receives a lot of natural light. The furniture is nicely appointed and comfortable. The owners have a few extra touches such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower, single serving coffee packs for the coffee maker, and house instructions and things to do in the neighborhood. I had to take video meetings while staying in the unit and I had no problems with internet connectivity or the screen freezing. If you are a light sleeper, then I would suggest to use a sleep mask as the unit fills up with natural light in the morning. The sleeping area is a loft so do be mindful of the beams. The unit can get a little warm, but the A/C unit works well (or you can keep the sliding door open) and there is a fan in the loft. Self check in was convenient and the owners are prompt to respond. Little Italy is a fantastic location with lots of places to eat and drink. While the neighborhood is vibrant, the unit is quiet. It is easily walkable to downtown and a short drive to other neighborhoods in San Diego. I would recommend staying here.
