As you drive down this picturesque tree-lined street, you’ll step into an expansive, fully fenced, grassy yard with outdoor lounge seating.  Off the main front entry is a formal living room with a plush sofa, accent chairs, & coved ceilings (*NOTE: fireplace is not operational).

Adjacent to the living room is a spacious family room, featuring a 75” SMART TV, plush sofa, & French doors with access to the private fenced backyard that includes multiple seating areas, patio umbrella, & outdoor lighting. The dining room houses a table with seating for 6, while the adjacent kitchen includes a central island with 4 burner gas stovetop, cabinets galore, & new stainless steel appliances.

SECOND LEVEL (3brs + 2ba’s)
All bedrooms are conveniently located on the second level, highlighted by our bright & spacious master retreat!  Fully equipped with a King size bed, SMART TV, french doors that access the sun deck to soak up the San Diego sun, & ensuite bath with dual vanities + separate jacuzzi soaking tub and shower.

Down the hallway are 2 additional bedrooms, both with King sized beds, SMART TV, & plush carpet.  Off the hallway is a full bath (surround shower).

Our home is located in a beautiful laid back coastal area of Encinitas. Literally a couple minutes walk and you’ll be at the beach.  Also minutes to amazing local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!  Quick snapshot…

• Dining | Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment along Coast Highway 101 in both Encinitas and Leucadia. Some of our favorite eateries include Buona Forchetta (Italian/Pizza, 6 min. walk), and Pannikin (coffee/breakfast, 4 min. walk). For Mexican, Piña and Le Papagayo (17 min. walks) are great places for indoor/outdoor dining and live entertainment. There is also popular Cali Cream (13 min. walk) for ice cream lovers, and Lazy Acres Natural Market (6 min. drive) is also very close.
• Activities | Just steps to Stonesteps beach, & just a 10 minute stroll south is Moonlight Beach featuring restroom facilities, showers, concession stand, equipment rentals, volleyball courts, picnic tables, & playground!  
• Attractions | Just 7 miles away is LEGOLAND California theme park & aquarium, with over 60 rides & attractions…all dedicated to LEGOs.  Other nearby attractions include ~30min drive to Sea World, ~40min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and ~45min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. 
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay. 
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
