Features include 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, a quint bayfront deck with outdoor seating for 2, tandem parking for 2 compact vehicles, mounted SMART TVs with cable, air conditioning, vinyl wood flooring, quartz counters, washer/dryer, & a beachy aesthetic. Maximum occupancy 6 (4 adults max). Note: no bbq onsite.
INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
This home offers a professionally designed beachy decor & great views of Mission Bay! To enter the home, guests take the external stairs up to the front door. Upon entry, guests see the kitchen area with bedrooms to the left hand side, and the main living space on the right. The combined main living area has a view out to the water, SMART Samsung TV (with full cable), plush queen sofa bed, dining nook with seating for 4, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, white quartz counters, & gray vinyl flooring. Rounding out the main living area is your very own stackable washer/dryer.
The west side of the home features the 2br’s + 2ba’s. The Master has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bath (surround shower). Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and SMART TV. Off the hallway is a 2nd bath (surround shower).
OUTDOOR + OTHER FEATURES
• Your very own waterfront deck with seating for 2, ideal for enjoying a coffee & watching the sunrise.
• Ocean located a few minutes walk across Mission Blvd

Parking includes 1 tandem parking lane with enough space for 2 compact or 1 large vehicle. Approximate dimensions are 30.5' L x 8' W. Please ensure your vehicles will not exceed this size, longer/wider vehicles cannot be accommodated.
Additional parking includes overnight street parking on Mission Blvd on a first come first serve basis (watch out for street sweeping signs).

• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.
