Beautiful single family beach house with no shared walls.  Located in the laid back part of North Mission Beach, just steps to the ocean, bay, and walking distance to dining & activities.  Featured highlights include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, multi-level house, parking for 2 vehicles, 3 separate outdoor spaces,  and sleeping arrangements for 6 guests). 

GROUND LEVEL (parking + bedroom 1)

The ground level houses an expansive fenced front patio with table & chairs, an ideal gathering spot for gathering with your group.  The entry way has tile flooring; off the entry is the attached parking garage with washer, dryer, & beach gear.  A few stairs down lead to Bedroom 1 that has a Twin Trundle bed (twin bed on top and twin bed that pulls out from below), plus a beautifully remodeled full bathroom with surround shower.

SECOND LEVEL (main living area)
Wood stairs throughout will lead you to the second level main living area.  The upgraded kitchen features new cabinets, stainless steel viking stove, hood, and dishwasher, Samsung refrigerator, travertine floors, and a sliding glass door that leads to front sun patio.  The living room includes a custom built gas fireplace with a 60" TV wall-mounted above, plush sofa sleeper, 2 leather reclining chairs, dining nook for 6, and third patio with BBQ.  Also included are 2 ceiling fans (1 over the couch area, 1 over the dining area).  

THIRD LEVEL (master bedroom)
The wood flooring continues up to the master retreat, with a Queen bed with a ceiling fan above, TV mounted on wall in master, and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and rain style shower head from ceiling.

EXTERIOR + OTHER FEATURES
- Fun mural painted on front of house

- Expansive ground level front patio with outdoor seating, plus 2 additional patios located off the second level kitchen and living room.  Ideal for soaking up the San Diego sun.    
- Perfectly situated on the ocean side of Mission Blvd, just a few houses from the Ocean
- Convenient attached garage, great for storage &/or parking (see “Parking” section below)

- Side x side Washer/Dryer located in garage
- Full size BBQ located on the living room patio (propane is provided)
- Beach gear, including boogie boards, beach chairs, & sand toys
- Window Air Conditioning units located in master br + dining room (extra fans are provided for lower level bedroom)

PARKING (2 vehicles)
Have an oversized SUV?  No problem!  Parking is located off the alley and includes an open space for 1 vehicles plus an additional 1 car attached garage.  Additional overnight street parking is permitted at no fee (please read signage for street sweeping) + nearby public parking lots.

- WATER ACTIVITIES!  If you’re looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating. 
- ATTRACTIONS!  Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.


POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
CANCELLATION | Cancellations and reschedules made by Guest may be made up to 60 days before the first day of your reservation. Cancellations or reschedules made by Guest with less than 60 days’ notice will result in 100% loss of all payment.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.

OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.

NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
